Balsammen tilfører fugt, styrker hår og hovedbund, og reducerer forekomst af hudflager.

Balsammen indeholder plejende olier og fugtgivende glycerin.
Herudover indeholder den panthenol som virker styrkende på hovedbunden. 
Indholdet af betaine styrker og forbedrer hårets elasticitet samtidig med, at håret tilføres glans, og hovedbunden beskyttes mod udtørring.

Håret efterlades blødt og glansfuldt.
